Smoked Baby Back Ribs

One thing I’ve learned about backyard meat smoking, is that in most cases, it’s not so much about the “recipe” as it is about the method. With smoking, you need to know your cut of meat, and you need to know your cooking method. Spices, sauces, and rubs are just ancillary after that. In this post I’m going to show you how I cook smoked ribs on my pellet smoker and they turn out perfect every time! If you’re looking for an indoor rib method, try my Pressure Cooker or Slow Cooker Ribs.

Grilled Garlic Sirloin Skewers

An entire head of garlic goes into the marinade for these Grilled Garlic Sirloin Skewers. After grilling to tender perfection, they get brushed with warm garlic butter before serving, creating the steak of every garlic-lover’s dreams! Sirloin makes a top choice for this recipe, but if budget allows they’re fantastic with filet or ribeye as well.

Smoked Tri Tip Roast

Tri tip is one of my very favorite cuts of beef. It’s perfectly sized for a family dinner, and not overwhelming to cook in both size and effort. it only needs minimal seasoning and a couple hours on the smoker- and there’s no complicated steps like spritzing with liquid or brushing with sauce. Simply leave it on for a couple hours and then give it a quick sear and it’s the most perfect no-fuss summer meal that’s sure to impress! Keep reading for instructions on how to make the perfect smoked tri tip roast.

“ The Signature dishes are truly amazing. There are some untraditional offers like Steamed Fish Head with Chopped Chili, and Pork Intestine in Chili Pepper. Or Sauteed Frogs with Green Chili. Yet, they are superb, so you should definitely try them. You’ll really enjoy them, and it will make a great story. ”

“ This type of food is characterized by its dry spicy flavour and also cured/smoked ingredients. Unfortunately, one of my friends who I went with doesn’t have a high spice tolerance, so we did not order that many spicy dishes. It was still an incredible meal. But I need to pay another visit to experience the true flavours. ”

“ I came upon this restaurant after walking for an hour, very hungry and having had quite a terrible morning. They seated me quickly and gave me a tall glass of water and the menu. The lunch specials are all 10.95 (super affordable!) and give you enough food to feed yourself (I know the photo looks sparse, but I took it partway through eating!) The music they put on is lovely, and a volume gentle to the ears but enough that other parton’s chatter is background noise, and the food is quite literally the best I’ve had this year! It took my morning and turned it right around. I’m writing this review in the middle of my meal, but I know I will leave relaxed and ready to go on with my day. Thank you B Diesels Bar & Grill! Made my day. ”
